This page (simmour.co.uk) is a standalone marketing page for Simmour; it doesn't have accounts, sign-in, or any of the recipe-reading features. Those live in the Simmour app itself, which has its own separate cookie policy. This policy only covers what happens on this marketing page.

The banner on this page lets you accept or reject analytics before anything is set; nothing tracks you by default. You can change your mind at any time using the "Manage cookies" link in the footer, which reopens the banner.
Google Tag Manager itself is a delivery mechanism, not a tracker; it only loads Google Analytics if you've accepted, via Google's Consent Mode.
If we add anything new here (ads, remarketing, a different analytics tool), we'll update this page and the banner first.
