This is the privacy policy for the Simmour marketing site at simmour.co.uk, including its demo recipes: a standalone site with no accounts or sign-in. If you're looking for the policy covering the Simmour app itself (recipe photos, saved recipes, accounts), see the app's own privacy policy instead.

This page itself collects nothing directly. Like any website, the service that delivers it (Cloudflare) necessarily sees your IP address and browser details for each request, to send you the page and protect the site from attacks; we don't use this to identify you. If you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) collects standard web analytics: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level, from IP address), device/browser type, and how you arrived at the page (referrer). This is aggregated, not used to build a personal profile, and never used for ads.

Google Analytics data, and the technical data Cloudflare handles to deliver the page, may be processed outside the UK/EU.
